LOVED THIS MESSAGE. Pastor mentioned the sad condition of many churches today and I wanted to add to that:
I believe (personally), one of the biggest problems in the church today is that ministers do not have a passionate sold out love for their flock as well as for the Lord. When a pastor loves his/her flock and the Lord - their whole desire is for them to be all the Lord desires for them to be and He/She will be a true biblical parent to that flock and will back it up by leading by example.
NLC is a blessed place because the pastors and their wives love the Lord and love the flock and so the relationship is based on Trust and Loyalty, Leadership with Love and Truth, Integrity before the Lord and one another and accountability.
I know with all my heart that the Lord has great things instore for His NLC family as a body and as individuals.
this was not the kind of message to get you jumping off your seat with joy and hi fiving the Pastor,it was a shock to the system and the general concensus from the congregation is that we needed it,thank you Pastor don for keeping your ear tuned to the Holy Ghost.
