Serving In The House |

Excellence could easily be NLC's middle name, and like every facet of our church, this is loudly demonstrated in our ministry teams. The teams comprise men and women who have given of themselves to serve in the house of God, and to use their gifts and talents to shine the light of Christ.
Members of NLC are welcome to serve in any of the several ministry teams in the house. Serving in a ministry team is not only rewarding, but also gives you an opportunity to be connected and to build the house of God while enjoying fun working relationships and team dynamics with fellow church members. While each team has its own requirements for joining, a general condition is that one must have completed PEP, and is currently in or has completed School Of Leaders.

Creative Arts Team
Recently established, the Creative Arts Team refers to the teams involved in leading praise and worship during the Sunday celebration services. It has three components - the singers, dancers and sound team. Members of these teams are mostly drawn from their primary teams (Citylights Dancers, Choir and Sound Team), hence membership to the Creative Arts Team is by call-up only, except for the sound team, which one can apply to join. The Creative Arts Team is led by Creative Arts Director Rebekah Matheny
